Steps
Step 1
Mix ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Slice each chicken breast to form a pocket.
Step 3
Fill the pockets with the cheese mix.
Step 4
Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high.
Step 6
Sear chicken 5 minutes per side until browned.
Step 7
Take off heat. Spoon marinara on top, then add the rest of the mozzarella.

Bake at 450°F for 10–15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
