Steps
Step 1
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Boil linguine, drain, and set aside.
Step 3
In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 minute.
Toss in shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in grape juice and lemon juice.
Scrape the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta, parsley, and half the Parmesan.
Stir well, then transfer to the oven.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Step 6
Top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Broil 1–2 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve right away.
