Steps
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the peppers and cook for 5–7 minutes until they soften slightly.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Reduce the heat, cover, and let it cook slowly for 25–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is soft and jammy.
Step 5
Taste and adjust seasoning. Let cool slightly before serving.
