Ingredients

2 cups water
6 tablespoons milk powder
3 tablespoons black tea

Steps

Step 1
Get 2 cups of water and pour them into a pot. Put on the stove on high for a minute or two.
Step 2
While the pot is on the stove, add 6 tablespoons of milk powder. Bring to a boil, and keep stirring so the milk doesn't burn. Don't blink because the milk might boil over.
Step 3
Once the milk has come to a boil, turn down to low heat, and add 3 tablespoons of ground black tea. You can add more or less tea at this step depending on how strong you want your dudh cha.
Step 4
Keep stirring until you get a nice brown color. You will know when it's done based on the color.
Step 5
Pour and enjoy!
