Steps
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic, and sautรฉ for 2โ3 minutes until translucent.

Add the pumpkin and chestnuts, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the broth, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for 20โ25 minutes, until the pumpkin is tender.

Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.

Stir in the cream . Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 7
Serve hot with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and green onions add grilled sesames seeds for garnish.
