Steps
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into bite size florets. And boil them 2-3 minutes in the hot boiling water then strain them and set aside.
Step 2
Then cut the boneless chicken breast or thighs in thin small slices. Now marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed for marination and set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl to prepare the sauce, combine regular soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, cornstarch, water, white pepper, white sugar and mix them well.
Step 4
Heat the wok on high heat and add oil then add the marinaded chicken and fry 2-3 min per side until golden brown. Remove chicken from wok and set aside.

Add more oil to the wok then add the minced garlic , minced ginger and onions thin slices and fry them 2-3 minutes. Now add the chicken back into the wok. Sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Then add red chili flakes and boiled broccolis and cook them 2 more minutes.

Now add the stir fry sauce in the wok and mix well until sauce thickens and turn off the heat.
Step 8
garnish with sesame seeds and chili peppers .

Serve with white rice, noodles, or any other sides and enjoy!
