Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until a dough forms. If the dough seems dry, add another splash of vanilla.

Once all ingredients are combined, use a spoon to scoop dough into balls. Using your hands, roll into 12 small balls and place about an inch apart on the parchment paper.
