Orange Juice Cake with Orange Blossom & Zest

3 eggs
3 / 4 cups sugar
1 / 2 cups orange juice
1 / 2 cups vegetable oil
1 orange
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
