1 cup vermicelli
2 cups whole milk
1 / 2 cups mango pulp
2 tablespoons sugar
For the Honey-Glazed Berries
1 1 / 2 cups mixed berries
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup crushed cooky

Steps

Step 1
Prepare the Mango Vermicelli: • In a saucepan, toast the vermicelli lightly until golden. • Add the milk and bring to a gentle simmer. • Stir in sugar and cook until vermicelli is soft and mixture thickens slightly. • Remove from heat, mix in mango pulp, and let it cool completely.
Step 2
Make the Honey-Glazed Berries: • In a bowl, combine berries, honey, and lemon juice. • Gently toss to coat and set aside for 10–15 minutes to macerate.
Step 3
Whip the Cream: • In a chilled bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar.
Step 4
Assemble the Trifle: • In a trifle dish layer the ingredients in the following order- 1. A spoonful of crushed cookies 2. A layer of mango vermicelli 3. A dollop of whipped cream Repeat layers until the container is filled, finishing with whipped cream and a few berries and sliced kiwis on top.
Step 5
Chill: • Refrigerate the assembled trifle for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
