Step 1
Place frozen fruit, lemon juice, stevia, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir until the fruit starts to soften. Reduce heat if the fruit starts to boil.

Let it condense. Once slightly cooled, use a potato masher to reduce the fruit down to your desired consistency. For a more jamlike texture, leave some larger pieces of fruit behind.
Step 4
Scoop into a glass mason jar. Mix in the chia seeds. Stir well to combine, and then seal up.
Step 5
Store in the fridge for 1-2 hours to thicken before serving, or overnight for best results.
