2 pounds cucumbers
3 cups water
1 clove garlic
1 celery leafe
1 teaspoon peppercorn
2 tablespoons salt
Steps
Step 1
Put cucumbers, garlic, celery & spices in a jar.
Step 2
Pour salted water (brine) over them.
Step 3
Close jar & refrigerate 24-48h.
