Steps
Step 1
2 tablespoons of butter (melt in a pot)

add 1 tablespoon of avocado or olive oil
Step 3
whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour
Step 4
gradually add in a cup of half and half
Step 5
grate in 1-2 cups of cheddar cheese depending on preference
Step 6
gradually add more half and half if mixture is too thick for your liking
Step 7
sprinkle with pepper and salt
