Ingredients
3 large avocados
1 / 2 diced white onion
3 diced roma tomatoes
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 diced jalapeno peppers
3 cloves garlic
2 individual limes
1 1 / 2 teaspoons sea salt
Steps
Step 1
Slice avocados, remove the pit, scoop insides, place them in a bowl, and smash them as smooth or chunky as you want your guacamole.
Step 2
Chop the remaining vegetables. Make sure to remove the jalapeno seeds and middle if you don't want it too spicy.
Step 3
Mix everything together. Make sure to taste and add salt or lime juice to your preference. This is the amount I used, but you can use more or less. Everyone will be different.
