2 cups chicken drippings
1 / 4
cups arrowroot starch
Steps
Step 1
Prepare the chicken according to the recipe. Once it is done, remove from the oven and spoon the chicken drippings into a saucepan.
Step 2
Under medium heat, add the arrowroot starch slowly, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Stir until combined and it begins to thicken, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, and let sit for a few more minutes to continue thickening.
Step 5
Stir, then serve!
